family law.
Ms.
Carlson’s matrimonial and family law experience
includes negotiation and settlement of various issues
pertaining to divorce, custody, support, equitable
distribution, modification and enforcement issues, and
the preparation of separation agreements and
stipulations of settlements.
Ms.
Carlson has assisted in the representation of numerous
high profile clients, which confronted complex issues
including business valuations and enhanced earning
capacity.
Personal: Ms. Carlson has a wonderful family in Rhode Island
and enjoys visiting her parents Linda and Oscar, and
beautiful sister, Michelle. Ms. Carlson recently
announced her engagement to her boyfriend, Mike, and
plans a June, 2009 wedding.In her spare time, Ms. Carlson enjoys the ballet and running.
